Situated between Adelaide (543km) and Melbourne (358km) on Victoria’s southwest coast, George Street is a unique property boasting panoramic sea views, walking distance to Surf beaches, and to the Great South West Walk. just meters away. The Great South West walk is a 240km wilderness walk.
Get inspired by Arctic visitors such as the Great Southern Right Whales, Blue Whales, Orcas, Dolphins, & Seals, who visit the address due to the Bonny Upwelling `just outside the property in the Southern Ocean. As you would expect the fishing is amazing in this ocean wilderness. Contrasting is the close proximity to the Port of Portland, which enables SWP to be zoned in an Industrial 1 zone.
